  • Earn $2,000 to $3,000 per completed card
  • Cards go to print on Friday, Payouts land the following Wednesday

The Opportunity

This is a production-based advertising sales model for professionals who know how to sell local ads and want to get paid quickly.

Each 9×12 card holds 12 to 16 ad placements, one per category. Once a card fills, it goes to print that Friday and pays out the following Wednesday. No long billing cycles. No chasing invoices.

New markets typically fill their first card within about two weeks. Once established, income becomes weekly and predictable, tied directly to cards going to print.

This opportunity is strictly for experienced advertising sales professionals who have sold print, radio, media, or local sponsorships and want a high-ROI product with a simple sales model.

What You’ll Do

  1. Prospect and Sell ad placements on premium 9×12 co-op postcards mailed to local households. 
  2. Fill the lineup by placing 12-16 category-exclusive ads per card. 
  3. Maintain the market after launch by replacing typical monthly attrition rather than rebuilding full cards
  4. Focus on relationships and closing, while we handle design, pricing, printing, mailing, payments, and renewals

As markets mature, the work shifts from heavy prospecting to lighter maintenance with repeat advertisers and faster closes.

Compensation & Payouts

  • Earnings: Earn $2,000–$3,000 per completed card. 
  • Fast Payouts: Cards go to print on Fridays, and payouts hit your account the following Wednesday. 
  • Performance-Based Earning: There are no caps on your ability to earn; you are paid directly for every card you complete or collaborate in completing. Payout is proportional if multiple sales partners contribute to the filling of a card.
  • Market Structure: Each local market typically consists of 4 high-impact zones, with one 9×12 card dedicated to each zone. This provides a clear, manageable soft territory where you can maximize your reach and income.
  • Scalability: While inventory per market is set at 4 cards, partners who prove their success have the opportunity to expand into additional territories to further scale their earnings.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of local advertising or media sales experience, including at least one of the following:
  • Print advertising
  • Direct mail or postcard advertising
  • Radio or broadcast media sales
  • Local directories or community publications
  • Sponsorship or local event advertising
  • Demonstrated success selling directly to small business owners
  • Comfortable explaining value, exclusivity, and placement

Sales Capability Requirements

  • Ability to prospect independently and build a local pipeline. Although leads will be provided. 
  • Proven ability to close short-cycle sales
  • Comfortable selling a fixed inventory product with limited availability 
  • Strong follow-through from first conversation to commitment
  • Clear understanding of category exclusivity and territory-based selling

Professional & Operational Requirements

  • Comfortable working as a 1099 independent contractor
  • Able to manage your own time, schedule, and daily activity
  • Basic CRM competence, including logging opportunities, update stages
  • Reliable communication and responsiveness
  • Professional presentation with local business owners

Market & Relationship Fit

  • Familiarity with the local market or territory
  • Existing local business relationships preferred but not required
  • Comfort selling face-to-face, by phone, or hybrid
  • Ability to collaborate with other independent sales partners when cards are shared
